Job Summary
We are looking for a Call Center & Order Dispatch Officer to handle customer calls, take and confirm orders, and manage order dispatching to delivery platforms. This role ensures accurate order entry, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination between customers, kitchen, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally
- Take food orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Confirm order details, pricing, and delivery information
- Follow up on order status and delivery timing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order modifications
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery partners (Talabat, Deliveroo, drivers)
- Maintain clear order and call records
Requirements
- Previous experience in call center, order taking, or dispatch (F&B preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
