Summary of Position
An international food and beverage company is looking for an Operations Manager to manage their operations in Cambodia. The Operations Manager will be in charge of managing the setup of new restaurants, whilst ensuring that all quality standards are met and developing operation standards. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh. We have two Operations Manager positions available.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the setup of new restaurants according business plan including land acquisition (together with BD manager & Project Manager) construction, etc
- Ensure all restaurants operate at a high quality level with emphasis on customer service while adhering to company standards and procedures
- Set up standards of quality for the restaurants and implement a control scheme based on regular visits
