Location: Dubai, UAE (Henkel)
Core Responsibilities:
- Accuracy is Key: Meticulously verify, unpack, and arrange incoming goods, ensuring 100% accurate documentation and inventory data (goods receipts, putaway, and cycle counts). Use SAP WMS efficiently.
- Streamline Operations: Pull and pack orders with care for internal production and outbound shipping, adhering strictly to packing guidelines and quality checks.
- Maintain Order: Implement robust stock management, from shelving to cycle counts, investigating discrepancies proactively. Maintain a neat and safe workspace following SHE & HSE protocols.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with procurement, supply chain, quality, and production teams to optimize material flow. Maintain prompt communication and report anomalies.
Qualifications:
- Background: 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced FMCG or industrial warehousing/manufacturing environment. Prior Henkel or similar experience is a major advantage.
- Skills: Expert proficiency in SAP WMS and standard computer tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for inventory management.
- Commitment: Strict adherence to health, safety, and security policies and a collaborative, teamwork-focused mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication.
