Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US businesses and introduce our services
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
- Set appointments for the sales closer team
- Maintain detailed call logs and CRM entries
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPI targets
Requirements:
- Fluent English with clear US accent (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing a plus
