This is a Trade Counter / Warehouse support role where you help customers (mainly tradespeople like engineers and contractors) get the products they need for refrigeration and plumbing work.
Youโll be working in a fast-paced warehouse/branch environment.
๐ฆ Key Daily Tasks
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Stock control and inventory work
- Delivering goods using a company vehicle (occasionally)
- Serving customers at the counter and on the phone
- Giving product information and quotes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
๐ Who Theyโre Looking For
Youโll be a good fit if you:
- Have customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Are willing to learn new systems and processes
- Can pick orders and stay organized
- Are comfortable using computers
- Have a valid clean driverโs licence
- Can work flexible shifts, including weekends
