We are hiring fresh, energetic Sales Agents who are confident on calls and excited to grow in the digital marketing sales field. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to handle outbound calls with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers through the company dialer.
- Introduce company services (SEO, GMB & Digital Marketing) confidently.
- Follow communication scripts and pitch company services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and share updates with the Sales Manager.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain call-back reminders.
- Maintain customer information and update CRM/dialer records.
- Provide excellent communication during calls with confidence and energy.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
