Overall functions of Customer Service Technician
A Customer Service Technician for is responsible for customer satisfaction with all aspects of the machines, parts and supplies related to the our machines. The Customer Service technician is trained in all aspects of machines, parts and is able to triage / trouble-shoot any issues customers may have.
